Eight Weeks to Wellness -Waterville High School | Community Spirit

Eight Weeks to Wellness, Wednesdays, March 30 - May 25 from 6:00-7:30pm is an inspiring, interactive program that can help you easily adopt a healthier lifestyle and reach your wellness goals.  By the end of this eight-week program you'll be well on your way to enjoying the benefits of a healthy lifestyle!  The classes will be held at Waterville High School which is located on 1 Brooklyn Avenue in Waterville, Maine.  The $29 fee includes workbook and weekly wellness log.  To register, call Mid-Maine Regional Adult Ed. at 873-5754.
